 Resin Saturated Felt Liners are premium trenchless pipeline rehabilitation materials crafted from high-strength polyester or fiberglass felt, pre-impregnated with durable resin to facilitate seamless, long-lasting repairs. These liners are designed to be installed within existing pipelines, where they are expanded and cured in place—forming a robust, joint-free "pipe within a pipe" that restores full structural integrity, enhances flow efficiency, and provides a reliable barrier against corrosion and chemical exposure.

(1) The inner lining pipe is durable and practical. The inner lining material is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, strong, and has high pressure-bearing capacity. The service life is not less than 30 years according to the design requirements, and can be up to 50 years.
(2) After the repair, the pipeline has no joints, the inner wall surface is smooth, and the pipeline flow is continuously improved without scaling.
(3) It is suitable for repairing long-distance pipelines (900m). The whole pipe has no interface. The construction inner diameter is 150-2200mm, which can adapt to non-circular sections and curved pipelines.
(4) It occupies a small road surface, has little impact on road traffic, does not dig the road surface, and ensures smooth traffic.
(5) It has strong integrity and can seal the original holes, cracks and gaps to prevent seepage, and completely solve the problem of groundwater infiltration.
